As the second oldest HBCU, we honor eight "Eternal Flames" who uphold our illustrious heritage via exceptional political mobilization efforts, media prominence, procurement excellence, educational initiatives, and inspirational community leadership.
UDCNAS launched the Homecoming Awards and Recognition Program Committee to honor UDC Alumni that truly THRIVE in #BlackExcellence. We recognize the exceptional devotion and accomplishments of Firebird Alumni who serve the Washington Metropolitan Area (DMV). Firebird Alumni tirelessly devote their time and talents in a variety of ways, demonstrating that the finest of #FirebirdNation truly benefit the DMV community.
